During regular hours, this space can be booked using the form below.
For after hours and special requests, please use event request proposal form managed by Institutional Events. Please note, you may only book six dates at a time so that other departments have the opportunity to use the facility.
If you want to reserve a table in the downstairs dining room, you need to call McMullen directly at ext. 3432. Tables and chairs cannot be moved or removed in any of the rooms.
A projector and screen are built in, but you must bring your own computer and HDMI cable (and any other adapters required for your equipment). Additional A/V can be requested through the event request proposal.
During regular meal service times, a downstairs buffet is available. Other buffet options may be available; for more information or questions, please call (254) 710.4105.
